Need to return something? Please refer to our Sales and Return Policy.
Merchandise must be returned in unused, like-new condition. We will exchange or issue credit promptly for your return once it arrives at our warehouse in original condition. We cannot take back products that are dirty from job site use or that have been altered, cut or damaged in any way. Returns should include any instruction manuals or other included items and be in the original packaging.
If you are returning a defective thermostat for exchange, please include the entire unit (face place and base unit). Original packaging not required.
We require at least one of the following to process your return: Invoice #, OR Sales Order #, OR Customer # This information is available on your invoice and packing slip.
If returning individual items from your order, please add the item and it's information. Include a Ticket Number (optional) if provided by the manufacturer.
Once you submit this form a representative will contact you with instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number within two business days. RMA number must be visibly and clearly written on the outside of the returned package. You must ship the item to our office at your expense. Please use a carrier which can track and insure your package.

A refund will be issued only to the original credit card or by Warm Your Floor check. A restocking fee of 10% may apply. Special Order items are ordered according to your specifications, specifically for you, and do not come from our extensive stock. Special Orders are NOT RETURNABLE. Shipping costs are not refundable, unless there was an error on our part. If the error is ours, we accept responsibility.
