The Shower ClearMirror is a low-voltage, fog free shower mirror that is ideal for shaving right in the shower thanks to its electrically safe design. The standard Shower ClearMirror is a high quality 1/4" pencil-polished edge glass mirror with a 24-volt ClearMirror adhered to the back. A template is provided and used to install the ceramic tile (slightly larger than the ClearMirror). The Shower ClearMirror is then attached to the low-voltage supply lines and secured into place with a bead of caulk.
To power the ClearMirror a UL Listed plug-in 24-volt transformer is provided which is simply plugged into a switched outlet, i.e., below the vanity sink, in the attic space or in an adjoining closet.
